Business AreaŞ Business Practices and Operations CountryŞ Romania Job based inŞ Bucharest LocationŞ Bucharest Job ReferenceŞ AM/225680/W DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing support to the EMEA Customer Success team in managing key programs, such as the Key Accounts, Sales Team Leader and Executive Sponsorship Programs. The role requires significant attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely reporting for senior management and regional sales management. The reporting requires a good understanding of the data in the context of the programs and Oracle’s business. The analyst will also need to provide support on key processes involved in setting up new Key Account Directors and Sales Team Leaders with access to the correct tools for their role, and support in managing key data upon which the programs depend. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Quarterly revenue & pipeline performance dashboard to ensure the EMEA Sales business has timely and accurate information on the progress of their key Sales accounts through the year • Maintenance of an accurate data history source • Prompt ad hoc analyses as required, particularly trend analyses to provide intelligence to make informed business decisions • Providing assistance to KADs and STLs either directly or by providing self-service assistance using OXO dashboards • Assisting regional Sales operations to understand and improve usage of, and usability of, reports and also provision of ad hoc reports for regional meetings • Help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery and understanding of management information, including automation e.g. via OXO dashboards • Provide support for processes to add/update/remove Sales and customer assignments within the key programs • Provide support for tasks required to maintain the accuracy of data upon which the programs depend, such as customer hierarchy data reviews COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: • Attention to detail • Accuracy • Expert user of Excel • Financial Analysis • Analytical skills • Planning & Organising • Communication • Organisational Awareness • Building Trust • Collaboration • Teamwork • Results orientation.
