Be part of our new and innovative Bosch team in Cluj. Your responsibilities: • Management of the Group „physical logistics, goods receipt, warehousing and goods dispatch“ • Direct responsibility for personnel planning and hiring, management, development and appraisal of employees • Direct responsibility for continuous improvement projects and processes according to the BOSCH lean logistics principles for all areas o i.e. introduction of “ship to line”, “ship to supermarket” and/or increase of on time delivery o definition of relevant work instructions and documentations, value stream descriptions and deviation management • Ensure on time delivery to our customers • Ensure delivery of components to production on schedule • Ensure BOSCH quality targets (error-free logistics) • Participation and lead of the project “Lean Management in Warehouses” for BOSCH in Cluj in cooperation with our central logistics department o Definition and measurement of relevant KPIs, deviation management, process improvement and continuous increase of efficiency and reduction of logistics costs • Management of our external service providers o Handling of empties o Goods dispatch o Inbound logistics o Transportation • Realize BOSCH target setting (economically and strategically) Your profile: • Long-standing management experience as group leader in logistics • Sound knowledge of lean logistics / lean production • Strong skills as leader and in development of employees • Team-work orientation and strong communicator • High personal responsibility and target orientation • Microsoft Office and SAP R/3 skills (MM, LE, SD) • Language skills: o English: Fluent, very good language skills o German: Fluent, good language skills.
