Business Area: Support Country: Romania Job based in: Bucharest Job Reference: AM/225000/W Department: Customer Support Report to: Application Support Developer Manager Job responsibilities: • Deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer. • Work with support team to gather the information needed to resolve issues quickly and accurately. • Develop and implement strategies and tools for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents and faster response times. • Determine and understand how an application source code and DB has been customized. Job requirements: • Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server 2005/2008. • Excellent knowledge regarding TSQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, etc. • Experience in Microsoft .NET specifically in C#. • Experience with web-based application. • Experience working with clients • Work experience in regulated industry such as life science/healthcare. • Solid work ethic and excellent time management skills. • Ability to deliver within strict deadlines. • B.S. or M.S. in computer-related field.
