Job Description We are offering a continuous improvement function within our contract logistics team in Geel and Eindhout. As KNPS officer you are responsible for : - Formulate, implement and adjust the KNPS Strategy in continuous coordination with the management team and the objectives for the sites in Geel and Eindhout - Translating the business strategy to the implementation of KNPS tools and techniques (DMAIC, 5S, Visual Management, standardization, Process Mapping, etc.) - Guide and support the management team in developing knowledge concerning KNPS and Lean thinking - Accompany, encourage and follow up of the Continuous Improvement processes in the site, along with business owner (s) - Training and coaching of people at various levels in the organization in Continuous Improvement techniques and KNPS Tools - Actively identify and create the conditions to reach a culture of participation and involvement in which continuous improvement becomes self-evident - Lead and realize KNPS projects - You report directly to the Branch Manager Campus Kempen Requirements to Candidates We are looking for candidates who show the following qualities: - Master degree in logistics or business economics - Experience in a supply chain environment - Eager to learn more about KNPS and Lean thinking - Management skills and organizational talent - Born motivator with enthusiasm to activate people - Analytical insight combined with proactivity to see and act on opportunities - Good communication skills - High ambition and enthusiasm to reach results - Very good knowledge of Dutch and English We are looking forward to receiving your application preferably in English, directly online.
