The National Company “Loteria Română” S.A. is recruiting individuals or legal entities to occupy General Manager position. Selection criteria - Individuals; - Relevant experience in managing legal entities under public and/or private law, having as business purpose national lottery activities (company organizing and operating lottery activities) conducted in Romania or other European Union Member States; - Minimum 10 years of professional experience; - At least 5 years of experience in a management position in a company which obtained a turnover of minimum Euro 100 mn for at least 3 years in a row or 5 years' experience in performing administrative or managing activities at legal entities under public and/or private law, whose business purpose consisted of national lottery activities in Romania or in other European Union member states; - Graduate of complete university studies; - Knowledge of the Romanian language or of a widely used Europaen language. Advantages - Experience both in local and international companies; - University degree in business management/marketing/finance; - Master Degree/MBA/EMBA; - Marketing, financial knowledge and performance management; - Corporate governance knowledge - Experience in companies with a turnover of over Euro 150 mn - Familiar with laws applicable to the business purpose of C.N. Loteria Română S.A; - Managing skills; - Excellent business know-how („business acumen"); - Strategic vision; - Leadership; - Interpersonal communication; - Professionalism.
