The National Company “Loteria Română” S.A. is recruiting individuals or legal entities to occupy three (3) Non-Executive Director positions. Selection Criteria - The selected directors will be either individuals or legal entities; - Experience of minimum 3 years in the administration/management of profitable public undertakings or companies operating in the same field C.N. Loteria Română S.A; - Out of the three (3) directors to be selected, two (2) will have a legal background and professional experience in the legal field, namely in commercial legal consulting provided in the course of the activities conducted by companies or public institutions; - The third director should possess lottery or gambling experience; - An individual may simultaneously hold no more than five (5) mandates of director and/or member of the supervisory board of Romania-based joint–stock ompanies/public undertakings; - The requirement shall be considered, stating that the majority of Directors of the Board of Directors shall be independent, within the meaning of article 138² in Law 31/ 90 republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented; - Knowledge of the Romanian language or of a widely used European language; - Complete university studies. Advantages - Experience in companies with a turnover of minimum Euro 100 mn.; - Experience in a Board of Directors in a multinational corporation or in a company having over 1000 employees; - Experience of minimum 5 years in the field of gambling, out of which minimum 3 years in managing positions at legal entities activating in gambling or lotteryrelated business; - Master degree/MBA/EMBA; - Corporate governance knowledge; - Strategic vision; - Decision-making capacity; - Interpersonal communication; - Professionalism.
