1. Responsibilities and Duties • Assure commissioning, maintenance and service works of the security systems (video surveillance and monitoring (CCTV), video interphones, anti-intrusion systems, perimeter security, access control and time attendance, fire detection systems, integrated security systems, integrated security systems for residence). • Travel to the clients’ headquarters on request for repairs and maintenance or provide telephone technical support. • Provide customers with minimal training in the use of equipments. • Prepare the documentation required for each repair work for a better fault management and correction (troubleshooting and repair sheet/ service sheet / form of acceptance) • Management of repairs and maintenance works according to the priority level set by the direct manager and choosing the best way to carry out the tasks established for the day. 2. Skills and Qualifications: • Technical studies: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Computer Science, Installations • Good knowledge of IT & C (networking, data transfer, structured cabling) • Driving license 3.
