Responsibilities and Duties • assure commissioning, maintenance and service works of the security systems (video surveillance and monitoring (CCTV), video interphones, anti-intrusion systems, perimeter security, access control and time attendance, fire detection systems, integrated security systems, integrated security systems for residence). • travel to the clients’ headquarters on request for repairs and maintenance or provide telephone technical support. • provide customers with minimal training in the use of equipments. • prepare the documentation required for each repair work for a better fault management and correction (troubleshooting and repair sheet/ service sheet / form of acceptance) • management of repairs and maintenance works according to the priority level set by the direct manager and choosing the best way to carry out the tasks established for the day.
