Description:
Responsibilities:
Record the suppliers'' invoices including utilities, marketing, training, transportation, protocol, insurance;
Book the suppliers'' invoices representing financial and operational lease;
Supervise and close the monthly advance payments with the final invoices;
Supervise the prepaid expenses and their reconciliation ;
Record the accruals for the unreceived invoices;
Realize the suppliers balance reconciliation according with the suppliers statement of account;
Check all the invoices to be presented on the acquisition ledger;
Provide support to the auditors;
Provide support for the other departments from Financial Division upon request;
Perform monthly reconciliation of the receivables, debts, revenues, expenses with the company group;
Perform other duties upon request by superior.
Requirements:
University degree
Minimum one year of experience in the financial accounting area;
Strong accounting knowledge;
Knowledge of relevant legislation and Fiscal Code;
English Language – intermediate level;
Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Word, Excel);
Attention to details;
Takes ownership;
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines;
Team spirit.
