Candidaţii trebuie să îndeplinească condiţiile prevăzute de art. 54 din Legea nr.188/1999 privind Statutul funcţionarilor publici (r2), cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. - studii universitare de licenţă absolvite cu diplomă, respectiv studii superioare de lungă durată, absolvite cu diplomă de licenţă sau echivalentă în ştiinţe economice; - studii de masterat sau postuniversitare absolvite în domeniul administraţiei publice, management ori în specialitatea studiilor necesare exercitării funcţiei publice, în condiţiile legii; - vechime în specialitatea studiilor necesare exercitării funcţiei publice: minimum 5 ani.
