You are responsible for maintaining and managing our applications, our own development and our standard systems. The function includes (mostly) support for these systems but also new programs, better analysis, tests, documentation and user training. You are responsible for: - Responsible for daily operations, management and development of our ICT systems (WMS, TMS, SQL server, Replication, VB6 & VB NET) - Monitoring the stability of our computer applications - Participate in new developments for our logistics operations (report describing logistic processes & develop and implement them) - You analyze and resolve identified problems: you do the audit of users and processes (correct use of the system + effectiveness of procedures) - You are a focal point for our users in the operations - Work to improve all ICT automation to ensure our results. You understand and are able to develop interfaces - The training of our computer applications. Identify the necessary training, preparation of documentation and write the user manual - You have an eye on new developments and improvements. Requirements to Candidates We are looking for candidates who show the following qualities: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent due to years of experience - Extensive experience in VB.net, VBA Access, SQL Server 2008 - Good knowledge of NET, Programming Access (data analysis) - Knowledge of Windev, IDE's, VB 6, HTML, ASP, XML, JAVA, AS400. Experience with replication software is a plus - Good knowledge of English and Dutch - You possess communication and organizational skills - You are flexible and a team player.
